Any of you going for a walk or jogging every week with your spouse? I have been doing that for two years. To-day, we went for a walk in the garden and then settled for a hot cafe at HOCA. Why not give a try,you will enjoy it;-)

Again, at about 6pm, I was surfing the Internet using Wi-Fi at One Utama. Actually, I was testing my new iBook from IT Planet. It was a great experience! I don't think I will be using pc again;-)

Last night, my imam cried during the doa after isha' prayer. He was overcome by recent events in the muslim countries. Let's pray for world peace irrespective who we are,where we are and what religions we believe. Islam is a religion of peace.

To-day is the first time I surf the Internet using WLAN at Gloria Jeans KLCC using my friend's notebook. It was a great experience looking at the speed of downloading . How I wish I have Streamyx from Telekom at home:-((

Just completed three days Project Management course for JKR at Legend. I am pleased to note that a participant make a comment that we have done excellent job and he wanted more! My team will give them more next week.

This morning I went to attend a seminar at The Legend by LRT. The return cost is the same as the cost of parking. It was a nice ride all the way. Considering the tarffic jam ,make worse by rains,it is better to travel by LRT or Putra if the destinations are within walking distance from the train stations.

Last night I attended my Melaka SDARA alumni dinner and managed to sing a few karakoe songs with my buddies. The 'noise' was deafening. My apologies if I irritate some friends' ear drums but I just enjoyed singing with fellow friends.
